**Please note that we recommend eating all dishes within a few days of receiving. If you wish to freeze anything, we recommend no more than a couple of weeks.

CURRIES, STEWS & SOUPS

Remove from plastic container into a saucepan & reheat over stove for 3 or 4 mins OR microwave in container with lid ajar, until piping hot.

STEAMED POTATOES

Microwave to reheat - lid cracked open a little. 2-3mins on MEDIUM.

WHOLE ROAST CHICKEN

Place in oven with no cover for 20mins on HIGH until the Chicken is thoroughly cooked with crispy skin. Rice can be reheated in the microwave with a splash of water for 2-3mins on MEDIUM.

FROZEN DUMPLINGS

Steam for 6 to 8 minutes and serve. Chef recommends traditional method with a bamboo steamer & lid placed over pot of boiling water.
